**The refer a friend scheme is worth £200 in total. This is split £100 after the person has worked 100 hours and then another £100 when they have passed probation (6 months usually).**
**DRIVING LICENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE AS THE ROLE IS COMMUNITY BASED.**
As a Community Care Worker, you will ensure that our service users receive person-cantered quality care in line with their personal care plans. You will provide a range of services to enable vulnerable adults remain independent within their home
Ideally you will be a Friendly, Warm, and welcoming individual with passion for making a difference to peoples lives.
Experience is not essential as long as you have the right values we can train you
