Stewardship Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Stewardship Officer to join our newly expanded Supporter Care Team at Arthur Rank Hospice Charity, Cambridge. In this role, you will play a vital part in building relationships with our supporters, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated for their generosity and commitment to our cause. As Stewardship Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive supporter journey plan that encompasses all aspects of donor relations, including acknowledgement, recognition and ongoing engagement. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our donors, volunteers and colleagues across the organisation to demonstrate the impact of their support and encourage continued giving. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing supporter care team and make a significant impact in supporting the vital work of our hospice. This is a hybrid role, with most of the work being office-based, but with some working from home after the completion of an initial three-month period of working in the office.
