**Location**:Warton

**Salary**: £52,084 + Depending on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assuring recruitment governance for permanent recruitment activities, in addition to supporting enterprise change programmes impacting recruitment activities, this may include process, technology and organisational changes
- Providing advice on what is and is not acceptable from a governance perspective to all levels of seniority in the Air sector
- Support Air Sector recruitment activities by working closely with the operational recruitment team to understand any issues that arise and liaising with key stake holders in the Resourcing COE and Shared Services to improve Air processes and support campaign needs
- Interact with the Critical Skills team and Employer Brand/Recruitment Marketing (Resource COE) and the Onboarding team (Shared Services), as well as interfacing with specific teams in the Air Sector (e.g. Export Control, Security, etc.). There will also be regular interaction with Legal colleagues, to support Labour Law queries
- At present, the role focuses on UK recruitment, but there will be requirements to support work developing international recruitment solutions

**Your skills and experiences**:

- An understanding of the recruitment process within BAE Systems
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders internally and externally - able to easily communicate with varying grades of seniority in written and verbal formats

**Desirables**
- Experience of working in, and an understanding of, the recruitment environment
- An understanding of the key programmes within BAE Systems and the Air sector
- Knowledge/understanding of JIRA
- CIPD qualified and/or have knowledge/training in Continuous Improvement methodologies
