**MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB**

FCWA is an innovative, exciting, and friendly organisation run by a staff team who are passionate about bringing an end to domestic and sexual violence. We predominantly work with women and children. Our work is holistic and empowering, working alongside survivors to achieve independent lives free from abuse.

FCWA are currently looking for a Key Worker to work across the Fylde Coast, working with victims who are suffering domestic abuse and in addition have other issues. You work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide a pro-active trauma-informed crisis intervention and ongoing support service to victims with complex needs.

This post will introduce a new streamlined referral route into domestic abuse, mental health, and substance misuse services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £24,500.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blackpool, Lancashire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working with vulnerable service users: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
