Parts Advisor - Middleton Basic £25740 - overtime available

It is the North West’s largest privately owned, authorised Scania dealer group and covers the industrial areas of Greater Manchester down into the more rural counties of Cheshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, and mid-Wales. The West Pennine Trucks team provide the complete sales and aftersales support package and work side by side with some of the most recognisable brands in the UK. There are six depots and one VMU across the Northwest each of which has highly trained staff together with the latest equipment and technology to keep customer operations running efficiently. West Pennine Trucks is a business dedicated to putting the customer first. We work around the clock to make sure we don’t let our customers down.

Role Purpose

To source and supply vehicle parts efficiently for customers and workshop vehicles.

Meeting agreed sales volume targets whilst ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

Objectives

Maximise parts profitability through the use of professional sales techniques.

Maintain parts stock and stock records.

Process parts orders efficiently.

Contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.

Experience

Previous motor industry experience desirable.

Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.

Experince in handling stock.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00pm to 4:00pm with an hour unpaid break, and every other Saturday 8:00AM-12:00pm (Saturday as overtime). All overtime paid at 1.5x your hourly rate.

**Salary**: £25,740.00 per year
