**About the role**:
We are looking for a **Project Consultant** to join our growing Project team. The main focus of this role is to provide the delegate registration for events, set up and manage registration tools in accordance with client requirements, oversee the project timeline through to post event reporting whilst providing an effective, professional, and first-class service throughout.

You will have excellent customer service and great communication skills, a good understanding of databases and spreadsheets, have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and have the confidence to liaise with event delegates, as well as multiple stakeholders across the business.

**As a Project Coordinator, you will**:

- Create and implement Statements of Work (SoWs) - including demonstration of clear understanding of Client’s requirements, accurately agree the specifics of deliverables, services to be provided, costs and resource parameters
- Communicate project information to internal and external stakeholder groups, resolving issues that would compromise delivery parameters
- Build, test and manage registration for assigned projects and provide regular project reporting to the client including across the selected registration tool
- Create and implement project plans - including timelines, resource plans, quality plans, roles-and-responsibilities, and risk management plans
- Complete and manage payment schedules for client and supplier payments

**You’re good at**:

- Previous customer facing experience along with excellent customer service skills
- Able to demonstrate a high level of comfort and accuracy with figures and evaluate numerical data
- Excellent communication skills along with a calm, proactive and collaborative approach
- Flexible and proactive approach to work, able to juggle multiple priorities and projects with resilience under pressure.
- Ability and willingness to adapt to change to meet client expectations

**You might also have**:

- Experience in project management in a meetings & events environment
- Experience of working in delegate management
- Experience of using virtual payment technology
- Working knowledge & experience on Cvent Flex

**You should know**:

- This is a **hybrid** role that requires 3 days a week in our Fleet office
- Our standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour break
- You must have the ability to travel within the UK and overseas
