Construction Office Administrator

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with human resources functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and productivity

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in Construction based office administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Previous experience in supervising a team is preferred
