Bar & Floor Staff

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and friendly Bar Staff to join our team. As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our Members and guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Mixed drinks, and other alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide recommendations on drink selection based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Knowledge of bar operations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be at least 18 years old
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £9.93-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 16 per week
**Experience**:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
