**Supervisor Job description**

**The Buddle Inn, Niton, are looking for enthusiastic people like you to join our management team. We are passionate about delivering a great service for our customers by working together in a strong team. We are also very excited to start building our Wedding and Events trade in our beautiful barn which will be a first for The Buddle.**

**As front of house supervisor, your duties will include but not be limited to: Running shifts, Cashing up and end of day paperwork, staff training, ordering, help setting up events and the day to day running of them, greeting customers, making drinks, taking orders, running food, taking payments, liaising with the kitchen, setting up the bar and floor at the start of the day, cleaning down at the end of the shift, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.**

Due to the location of The Buddle applicants will need their own transport as buses to this area are limited and only run during the day. We have free onsite parking.

We have a variety of positions available on our rota. We would love to hear from you if you are looking for a few hours a week, full time employment.

**What we need from you**:

- A willingness to listen and contribute to a successful team
- Confident communication skills with a 'can do' attitude
- To be well presented and punctual
- To be a self-starter who can use their initiative when needed
- Experience in the hospitality in a senior position.
- A background or knowledge in events and functions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.50 per hour
