**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports as required.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with splitting and spooling operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
