**Position**: Coating and Converting Operative

**Location**: Yeadon (LS19)

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, Three Shift Rotation
- Morning Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
- Night Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM

**Salary**: £27,000 per annum

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate coating and converting machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
- Handle slitting and spooling machines with precision and attention to detail.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to meet quality standards and production goals.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the print industry, specifically in coating and converting operations.
- Proficient in operating slitting and spooling machines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
