**What you'll do**

We're looking for a motivated and personable Talent Attraction Assistant to join our dynamic HR department. As a key member of the Talent Attraction team, you will be responsible for managing all business services and legal support recruitment.

This role comes with plenty of variation - in addition to lateral hiring, you will be leading on the delivery of the firm's apprenticeship programmes, from identifying apprentice resourcing needs across the business to working in conjunction with the Talent Development team on apprentice development initiatives, including induction weeks.

You will also be responsible for managing our work experience programmes, ensuring that our work experience offering aligns with the firm's ESG agenda and supports the creation of key future talent pipelines.

**Who you are**

You will be someone who relishes the challenge of a fast-paced and reactive role so being extremely organised, accurate and able to efficiently juggle priorities all form part of your natural skill set.

Having a commercial, problem-solving mind-set is key to being successful in this role as you will need to be able to find solutions to, at times, complex hiring needs and become a source of expertise on junior level recruitment and apprenticeships. Enthusiasm for expanding your knowledge and learning on the job is therefore a must

The Talent Attraction team work closely with each other so it is extremely important that you are a team-player, who is willing to get stuck in to a variety of tasks and projects as required. You will not be afraid to contribute creative ideas and suggestions in a team setting.

You will ideally have at least one year's experience working in a recruitment capacity, preferably in a professional services setting.
