Systems Support Analyst
- Business Systems Support Analyst
Reporting to: Application Development Manager
Location: Hybrid / Remote

**Salary**: £38,000 - £45,000
Main responsibilities include:

- Support customers in accessing our customer facing web services
- Support and develop the use of our internal business systems including (but not all):

- Workflow and Project Management with "Monday.Com"
- Customer Relationship Management tool
- Robotic Process Automation with "Microsoft Power Platform"
- User authentication with Azure AD B2C
- Work closely with our business process analyst and provide the technical knowledge to create innovative and efficient technical solutions to business problems
- Build use cases for new processes and deploy them into production
- Develop business cases for new tools and services when required
- Provide technical documentation as needed
- Support colleagues to learn and develop new skills and ways of working
- Actively participate in setting the direction of the team both culturally and technically
- Attend all regular team and company meetings, both virtual and face to face in SE Offices
Skills Required:

- A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office - particularly Excel
- Support colleagues to learn and develop new skills and ways of working
- Be able pr produce both technical and user/customer documentation
- Have great attention to detail
Any experience with the following would be highly advantageous:

- Process automation with the Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of VBA and/or SQL
- Report building with Microsoft Power BI
- Experience using and integrating Monday.Com
