**Resource Planner (Field)**
**£29,000 per year plus £2,000 quarterly performance bonus**
**Worthing, West Sussex**
**Full time/Permanent (Monday - Friday)**
- **Please note: This is a Hybrid role, so you will be expected to attend the head office 2 days per week**_
**Why we need you**
Your role will be to oversee and manage our field force, ensuring 800+ events a month are covered.
You will ensure optimal staff utilisation, whilst forecasting staff requirements and assisting with recruitment when needed.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Complete complex staffing rota on a weekly basis
- Ensure full workforce utilisation/productivity
- Match staff skills to required events
- Deal with daily changes/staff sickness and work to cover events
- Work with our corporate team to ensure all of their events are covered
- Work with relevant teams to feedback rota changes (clinical waste team/courier service etc)
- Annual leave management
- Staff forecasting
- Review staffing numbers/requirements and help with recruitment
- Proactively review and implement continuous improvement within our rota software program
**What we need you to have**
- Excel skills essential (Pivot table/v lookups etc)
- Eye for detail
- Organisational Skills
- People skills/management
- Working under pressure
- Ability to analyse and solve problems, perform complex tasks and prioritize
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to make sound decisions and judgments
- Ability to work to potentially time sensitive and pressure situations
- Ability to work independently and multi-task, in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Excellent communicator
