Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Responsibilities:
- Transcribe and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry tasks, updating and organising information in spreadsheets or databases
- Provide clerical support, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Assist with customer service tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Utilize DocuSign or similar software to facilitate electronic document signing
- Maintain a well-organized office environment, including managing supplies and coordinating maintenance requests
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department at the front desk
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing and proofreading documents
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£300,000.00 per year
