**Customer Service Call Handler**

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

**Hours**: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, hours between 08:00 - 18:00), Opportunity to work Saturdays at overtime rate.

**Location**: Pera Business Park, Nottingham Road, Leicestershire, LE13 0PB. **This position is office based only.**

**Job Role**:

- Taking inbound calls within a fast-paced environment.
- Input customer related data accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining and updating back-office programs.
