**Tamper is Hiring a Senior Barista**

We are seeking baristas with at least **three years** full time experience in the specialty coffee industry, with a proven track record for not only making high quality espresso based drinks, but also managing a team of enthusiastic baristas, taking charge of equipment maintenance, training, ordering relevant to the coffee bar and generally being a role model for the less experienced members of the team. You will be joining another senior barista and sharing the responsibilities of managing the coffee side of the business under the leadership of the General Manager.

You will need to be proficient at steaming milk, dialling-in different espresso beans, keeping your workstation clean and pouring latte art as well as having a working knowledge of all of the common specialty coffee drinks.

You’ll be co-leading a team of several hard working and committed baristas who will be looking to you for guidance and on-going training, so this isn’t a role for the faint hearted.

Part to Full Time Hours considered, weekend availability a must. Competitive pay based on experience.
