WEA Planning is looking for a driven graduate to join our growing team.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Graduate Town Planner to join a highly successful and growing consultancy for their West London office.

This is an entry position and key duties for the role includes:

- Attending site visits;
- Ability to work independently, keeping to project deadlines and maintaining a very high standard of work and delivery;
- Must possess excellent report writing and analytical skills;
- Keeping up to date on all planning legislation and potential changes in the industry, including local plans, whilst maintaining a logbook of all work carried out for future submission; and
- Ideally you will be a sociable person who is happy to engage with clients.
- Have achieved a good academic record with a relevant degree and a graduate or post-graduate qualification in planning or a planning related discipline.
- Be driven, motivated and passionate about Town Planning.

You will be working closely with the WEA Planning founder Director to gain maximum exposure to the business and experience within this field.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Yearly bonus

- North London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
