An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Postgraduate Medical Education department for an Education Co-ordinator. This is a full time role to work 37.5 hours per week; between the centre's opening hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. The postholder will also be required to have a flexible approach to hours.
You will be an enthusiastic and conscientious team player and have the ability to quickly establish and maintain positive working relationships. You will be able to work under pressure, have excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills, as well as being an innovative thinker; always willing to put forward ideas knowing that you are part of a forward-thinking team. You must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of confidentiality issues.The successful applicant will have obtained 5 GCSEs grade C or above including English Language; NVQ level 3 in Administration or equivalent experience. You will be competent in the use of Microsoft office packages and have good minute taking skills. You will have at least two years recent secretarial experience with knowledge of medical terminology.
