Lettings Coordinator

**Lettings Coordinator - Esher - £24,000 - £28,000 Dependant on Experience**
My client, a highly successful top tier Real Estate Agency, are currently seeking an experience Lettings Coordinator, to join their vibrant office in Esher.
The role will be extremely busy and requires an individual who is efficient, able to work to tight deadlines and possess a strong analytical skillset with an excellent eye for detail.
**Key Responbilities**:

- Deal with all inbound calls to the office
- Registering applicants on the phone and walk ins
- Booking in pitches and uploding pitch onto Reapit as a Market Appraisal
- Audit preparation
- Preparing pitch packs and sending pitch reports and letters
- Arranging for re-evaluation of any relets and prepare for remarketing
- Prepare new properties for marketing & Liaising with photographers regarding appointment
- Order and insert EPC's, photographs and floor plans on REAPIT and web
- Making brochures for the property and preparing window cards
- Liaise with the deal progression team to ensure all file work is ready before move
- General Office Administration
- Key Manager - logging keys in and out and adding new keys
- Producing weekly reports of market share
- Producing and organising mail drops and flyers in conjunction with the Lettings Manager
- **Skills and Experience**:_
- 1+ years proven lettings admin experience
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to manage own work load, multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent telphone manner
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word etc
- ARLA Qualified (desirable not essential)

**Salary**:£24,000 - £28,000 dependant on expeirence
**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
