**Role title**: Mortgage Processor

**Salary**:£25,000-£30,000

**About the company**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing mortgage products
- Maintain an excellent understanding of products and underwriting criteria
- Provide support and advice to existing customers
- Updating clients on cases and liaising with lenders, solicitors & estate agents
- To ensure full compliance and accuracy of the business.

**About you**:

- Mortgage processing ESSENTIAL
- Mortgage System (Sourcing System knowledge) ESSENTIAL
- CeMAP qualified - Preferred, but not advising
- Whole of market experience - Preferred
- Excellent communicator
- Organisational skills are key

**Additional**:

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, either 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
- Holiday Entitlement: 20 days, plus bank holidays, Christmas, and New Year closure (approximately 5-7 days).
