**Responsibilities**:
Provide pre and post-sales assistance to our Financial Advisers, ensuring smooth operations and effective client interactions.

Support your fellow Administrators by covering their duties during their absence, fostering a cooperative work environment.

Address written, telephone, and electronic inquiries from IFAs, colleagues, clients, and providers promptly and professionally.

Provide clients with timely and accurate information, while obtaining necessary new business and policy details from clients.
