My client are an Financial Planning firm in Swansea, part of a bigger group but their Swansea office is a close knit small team that work collectively together and due to growth and demands they seek 2 x IFA administrators, this could be a junior and a seniorlevel.

The role is based out of their office in Swansea and would be office based working, full time ideally but can consider part and flexible working if required.

Financial Services Administrator’s Core Duties
- Prepare and issue client valuations
- Ensure clients are correctly aligned with portfolios
- Action all client admin requests
- Research existing investments including plan information and charges
- Manage workload and request updates where necessary
- Draft reports for new/existing business
- Consolidate all paperwork and send to clients and providers

Financial Services Administrator’s Skills Required
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experienced working in Financial Services (preferred)
- Great interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
