Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the primary role of a Level 1 Workshop Technician is the completion of pre-delivery Inspection (PDI) on new vehicles. You may also be expected to complete original equipment (OE) and low-level accessory fitment.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Complete PDI as per the customer requirements
- Complete and maintain all electronic records
- Complete original equipment (OE) fitment as per the customer requirements
- Fit low-level accessories to vehicles as per the customer requirements
- Reporting of any technical issues accurately and timely
- Complete regular training including manufacturer specific and generic
- Must be willing to upskill to cover other technical operations across the site
- Ensure the BCA values and beliefs are upheld

To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:

- Level 2 industry qualification or willingness to work towards within probationary period
- Able to effectively organise own work
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Good inter-personal skills and ability to develop relationships with internal and external

clients at all levels
- Co-operative with other employees, on-site customers and visitors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience in developing and maintaining administrative systems
- Experience of working with confidential material
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
