Our client is offering a new, exciting role as the Head of Sales Process. This would suit a successful estate agent with previous sales management level experience looking to move into a career in training and coaching whilst remaining in the property industry.

This particular role would suit an experienced sales manager with great marketing and sales negotiation skills which they can pass on to staff across our group network.

**Working hours**:
As the Head of Sales Process, you’ll be required to work full-time

**The successful Head of Sales Process will be offered**:

- £51,500 Basic (Depending on Experience),
- £120,000 OTE
- Other bonuses
- Progression opportunities.

**To be considered for the Head of Sales Process role, you must have the following attributes**:

- Previous successful sales management experience
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achievement
- Full UK driver’s license and own car
- Ambitious and highly motivated

**As the Head of Sales Process, your role will involve**:

- Run and distribute weekly deal league tables for all Negotiators, Customers and Client Managers
- Analysis of statistics to ascertain training requirements
- Daily PM meeting observation
- Sales PM Call out Observation
- Training of Branch Staff to improve key KPIs
- Evidence and remedial training of applicant registration & management process
- Remedial Training of underperforming staff
- Escalation of underperforming Negotiators/Customer & Client Managers/Sales Managers
- Regional and then HR
- Review viewing feedback notes to check the process
- A review introduced volumes and call out the process
- Review Initial Registration Activity reports ensuring maximisation of early appointments &
- referrals with applicants
