Vendor Administrator

**Description**:
What’s the opportunity?
We are looking to introduce a Vendor Administrator to coordinate the day-to-day running of the Sales Order function, ensuring daily tasks are carried out and priorities are dealt with. You will be responsible for coordinating suppliers and order books as well as handling queries from stores and supplier teams.
**What does the role involve?**:
- Supplier order book reconciliation - submission of order books to suppliers on a weekly basis
- Dealing with supplier queries relating to purchase orders
- Reviewing Store and Supplier queries, and responding accordingly
- Update Accounts and stores accordingly
- Supporting the Supply Chain supervisor
**Who are we looking for?**:
- A great Communicator to be able to respond to the team, Suppliers and Store queries.
- Excellent attention to detail
- To be able to work to reach deadlines and effectively as a team player
- Demonstrate good IT skills including Microsoft packages, must have experience in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
