- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
- Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters
- Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems or software

- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in analyzing payroll data and identifying discrepancies
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or PeopleSoft
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management

Note: Experience with Workday or Accounts Payable is a plus.

**Salary**: £21,182.56-£24,555.32 per year
