**Key responsibilities**:

- Coach and familiarise new joiners within the department including training.
- Respond to any last minute changes.
- Liaise with Ramp Trainers on individual needs/training requirements.
- Co-ordinate Ramp operation in order to contribute successfully to DHL operations.
- Prioritise workload of self and others.
- Support DHL core operations, as required.
- Contribute to On Time Performance of the DHL Network.
- Completion of Band A to C training, as required.
- Facilitate EOS/CIS meetings when required.
- Provide support and cover for supervisor when required.
- All employees are responsible for their own health, safety, and wellbeing, and for the health & safety of their colleagues who may be affected by their actions or failure to take action.
- You are expected to report all accidents, near misses and hazards in the workplace.
- You must follow the relevant safe systems of work and ensure that the correct PPE is always worn. For a full list of your Health and Safety responsibilities, including any specific to your job role, please refer to the Health and Safety department.

**You’ll bring to this role**:

- Sound knowledge of DHL Ramp operations. (desirable)
- A safety first attitude
- Able to communicate at all levels.
- A good understanding of aircraft handling procedures (GSAM and Global SOP).(training will be provided)
- Ability to lead staff to ensure optimal working atmosphere and employee engagement.
- Ability to coach trainees of all levels and adjust to individual needs.
- Calm methodical approach.
- Highly self-motivated and able to motivate others.
- Interacting with people and good teamwork.
- Computer literate.
- Must meet criteria for issue of an Airside Pass and must hold a full driving licence (B1).
- DHL Operational Network knowledge 2 years (desirable).
- Have a knowledge of EOS and its importance to the business and CIS/CIM.
