IPS Group is a long-standing and highly successful global Insurance, Legal and Financial Services recruitment firm. **In 2020 IPS celebrated its 50 year anniversary.**Recruiting from seven International offices and operating across a number of sectors; Insurance, Legal, Financial Services, Finance and Accounting.
**This is an outstanding opportunity to head up the IT & Change Management Recruitment Desk**where you can use your initiative to innovate and lead the IT strategy for the business.
**The Role**
- Run your own desk and manage your own team
- Work with blue-chip London-based clients to find solutions to their permanent and contract needs for their BA/PM and Technology based roles
- Identify new business opportunities

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Experience in recruiting for Professional Services (agency or in-house) within the IT & Change industry sector
- Confident and persuasive communicator
- Demonstratable questioning and listening skills
- Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
- Tenacious and resilient
- Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
