**Role Summary For The Customer Experience Account Manager**

The **Customer Experience Account Manager** will be a diverse and challenging role where attention to detail, coupled with an overriding passion for providing an inspiring customer experience is needed. You will need a positive mindset and acan-do attitude to always deliver for your customers.

The **Customer Experience Account Manager** will be responsible for all queries on their accounts plus conducting service reviews, seeking new business with upselling and cross selling opportunities. This is the focus for each engagement withthe customer, ensuring that we are forward thinking about our customers’ requirements. Every experience with us is managed promptly in a positive manner where the customer feels valued.

The ability to quickly build rapport and relationship build with customers, plus internal and external contacts is central to this role in order to be able to provide solutions and best advice.

Excellent communications skills with the ability to adapt and negotiate are required. You will need to be numerate and commercially savvy as well as being dedicated, loyal and looking to further your career with our client.
