**THE COMPANY**: You will be working as a receptionist/office assistant for a trusted and reputable legal firm based a stone throw away from St James’ Park. They are in search for a proactive, energetic, and switched-on receptionist/office assistantto join their team and grow alongside them. They are eager to find a team mate who has a passion for law and see’s a future in the profession.
**THE ROLE**: You will be joining a warm and personable team where you will be afforded the room to grow and flourish. Your core duties will include:
- Assisting paralegals and solicitors with general admin
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Organizing calendars and meeting rooms
- Updating spread sheets
- Archiving documents
- Checking meeting rooms and the general office
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages and computer-literate
- Great organization skills
- Proficient communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- An interest in the legal field
