We are a progressive, fast growing Omni-channel DSP looking to grow our Platform Solutions team in the UK._

Our Platform helps brands and advertisers to engage with audiences across digital advertising channels, such as audio, desktop, mobile, CTV and digital out of home. This is an especially exciting time for the business having recently been acquired by Azerion, Europe’s leading digital entertainment and media platform.

Our Platform Solutions team is responsible for managing campaigns from setup to optimization. This team trafficks, optimises, and monitors the campaigns we manage on behalf of brands and agencies. This team also helps to oversee campaigns traded and managed by self-serve customers.

The Platform Solutions team is at the core of our Advertising Operations team. This team are experts on the platform. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to expand your programmatic knowledge and your knowledge of Omni-channel advertising.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- End to end campaign management (setup, optimisation, delivery, reporting)
- Helping to troubleshoot campaign issues and identifying innovative solutions to improve working practice
- Developing your knowledge of our DSP and third party technologies or partners we work with
- Developing your knowledge of the current ad-tech trends via research, industry events and hands-on testing
- Support the growth of our portfolio with an enthusiasm to exceed media KPIs and clients business objectives
- Support the development of Hawk (our DSP) and our industry leading proprietary tech by testing and providing regular feedback to the rest of the UK Ops team and our Paris-based product team
- Forge great relationships with the wider teams to continue our cohesive and warm working culture

**SKILLS YOU WILL USE**
- Excellent attention to detail and diligence
- Comfortable managing multiple, time-sensitive tasks with well-thought-out prioritisation
- A logical and decisive approach to decisions; comfortable working within spreadsheets for data analysis
- An enthusiastic, solutions driven work ethic and learning mindset; a passion for the industry
- An ability to communicate comfortably with internal teams and external client partners
- Confidence to challenge others respectfully and establish your own ideas

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND PERSONALITY TRAITS THAT YOU WILL BRING TO HAWK**
- 6 months + experience in an Ad Operations role
- Experience in programmatic trading, or ad trafficking, preferably on the demand side
- Experience of digital advertising
- Basic knowledge of DSPs and programmatic buying models
- Experience with ad servers ie. Google Campaign Manager, Flashtalking, Sizmek etc..
- A genuine passion for ad tech and programmatic advertising
- A ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to always be learning
- ‘Team Spirit’: you must be a team player who wants to support others whilst also learning from them
- You must be ambitious, personable, reliable, and ready to be a part of something very special
