Sales Associate

The London Banking Academy seek a Salesperson to manage the day-to-day sales within the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead on the day-to-day sales activity within the LBA
- Maintain operational excellence on a weekly basis with consistent, accurate forecasting and information flow to support Finance and the Business
- Have an interest, market opinion and existing understanding of the our sector, including market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Develop a monthly ‘rolling’ pipeline of well qualified opportunities
- Identify and engage the wider team and Business, to execute against your opportunities
- Demonstrate successful achievement against targets
- Meet and exceed individual quarterly revenue targets
**Essential skills required**:
- Energy, enthusiasm and proven experience in converting leads into sales
- Ability to build rapport quickly, both over the phone and in-person
- Experience in telesales and the most effective way to close deals through this channel
- Experience of face-to-face sales and the most effective techniques to generate leads and close sales
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to analyse sales data and respond appropriately to it
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Accurate reporting skills & attention to detail
- Responsive to customers’ needs & clear focus on maintaining excellent customer service
**Desirable Skills**
- Experience of working with CRM systems, for example MailChimp or Salesforce
- Experience of graduate recruitment would be beneficial
**Location**: London / Hybrid and Remote working possible
