Summary
The children would like teaching assistants who are: Friendly & fun, kind and caring and who are able to help them to make the right choices. They would like someone who is a good listener. The Hapton Team are seeking excellent teaching assistants who are: Highly committed, motivated and caring, has a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, a high expectation of pupil behaviour and achievement, able to work effectively with parents. Someone who is able to motivate and inspire pupils and colleagues, able to support the delivery of the whole curriculum.
We can offer: A warm and caring environment, children who are friendly and eager to learn, enthusiastic and dedicated staff team and supportive parents and governors.
This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.
