**What will you be doing as Concierge?**
- Meeting and greeting residents as they come in and out of the building
- Always providing exceptional customer service
- Responding to daily enquiries and using initiative to resolve any complaints
- Liaising with contractors regarding minor maintenance
- Monitor CCTV.
- General administration
- Assisting with law enforcement and emergency services where appropriate.
- Regularly patrolling the building and site perimeter including monitoring the entrances.
- Accurate note taking and relaying all information and incidents to our 24/7 control room.

**What are we looking for in a Concierge?**
- Previous front of house experience is essential
- Previous experience working in a residential development is desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

Bin duties will have a large role in this job.

Unblocking the bin shoot, compacting the trash, removing and replacing bins. Bin presentation for removal. The duties are essential at this specific site.
