**Agricultural Parts Advisor**

**About us**

Due to ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for someone to join our team here at H Fulton Tractors. We are a family run organisation who has become one of the market leaders in the sourcing and supplying of high quality new and used agricultural tractors, handlers and equipment. We are the exclusive importer of Schaffer loaders and telehandlers for the whole of the UK as well as Ireland. We also supply new machines and aftersales for Spearhead Machinery, McCormick Tractors, Spreadpoint Machinery, Wylie Machinery and Nugent Components. H Fulton Tractors is a well-known leader and specialist of importing and exporting tractors to all continents throughout the world.

**As an Agricultural Parts Advisor, your role will include**:

- Provide parts advice to our customers as required to meet their needs, in a fair, efficient and courteous manner, with a view to maintaining a good relationship between the company and its customers.
- Deal with all enquiries, orders and queries received (online/telephone/verbal), quickly and efficiently, providing a high level of service.
- Dispatch orders on schedule with the correct paperwork.
- Assist with the stock control and computer input of parts from a variety of prestigious agricultural brands.
- 8am-5.30pm Monday - Friday, Saturdays by rota. With additional overtime when required.
- A good knowledge of Agricultural parts.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good at working as part of a team.
- An eye for detail, accuracy and data entry.
- Must be computer literate
- Flexible approach to work, as may be required to help other departments within the business.
