Our client is a small, family-owned business who pride themselves on their mission to manufacture high-end, quality products. Through heavy investment and commitment, they are continuing to grow and now wish to recruit a baker to join their team.

**The Role**

Duties would include but are not limited to:

- Baking in gas ovens - 2 and 4 rack ovens.
- Operating 12 to 17 rack provers.
- Operating 2 and 6 pocket rounders.
- Operate mixing bowls.
- Operate a bread plant.
- Tabletop rounding.
- Housekeeping.

**The person**

Experience and qualifications required:

- Min 5 years’ experience working in medium scale bakeries producing high quality products.
