We are seeking an exceptional talent to join us as Sales Director UK&I who will be responsible for growing profit and revenue, through sales leadership and the strategic development of TD SYNNEX internal and external sales resources within the TD SYNNEX Customer base.

**Responsibilities**:
- Create a winning culture by motivating, coaching and developing the team, utilising servant leadership principles in line with TD SYNNEX culture.
- Recruit, develop & motivate the Senior Sales team into a high performing, analytical, customer facing presence that people want to work for, and customers want to do business with.
- Display professionalism and role model positive behaviour at all times, upholding the TD SYNNEX values of inclusion, integrity, collaboration and excellence. These are vital.
- Provide thought leadership within our channels through social media, press and PR.
- Maintain close relationships & be visible & influential with key Senior customer stakeholders (CEO / MD level).
- Work proactively with vendors and/or Focused Business Units (FBU's) / General Sales to realise business opportunities.
- Understand the sales process; develop a thorough understanding of the company (Customer First) Sales methodology and work with European teams to develop and ensure the principles are implemented throughout team(s).
- Actively participate in the company leadership team & lead in a matrix:
- Not all Sales areas fall in the remit of the Group Sales Director but the standards, tool usage and adherence to the Sales methodology does.
- Influence internal stakeholders to ensure the Company maintains outstanding service levels to its customers in Sales, Operations, Reporting, Customer Service and Credit.
- Customer First Sales methodology is developed in TD SYNNEX Europe and the group Sales lead is responsible for influencing this group and executing the strategy in the UK&I.
- Agree with MD annually, the Sales financial plan at segment, revenue & profit level for all Sales areas & provide accurate weekly forecasts including key pipeline and risk mitigation plans.
- Build segment business plans to achieve annual plans and long-term growth goals.
Maintain rigour of associated Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:
- Personality to motivate & lead a large group of Sales employees, directly or indirectly, under their management.
- You will have gravitas, experience and style to influence top customer executives.
- Deep understanding of Sales processes appropriate to driving growth in large customers as well as TD SYNNEX's breadth of customers.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Understand the importance of and be able to coach and develop people and teams.
- Understand the components of a P&L to support business goals and external business conversations.
- Senior sales leadership experience. IT related industry knowledge.
