My Client, a financial planning firm, has now been operating for over 2 decades and having built an excellent reputation, is looking to expand the Admin Support function to focus on the ever expanding client base.

Opportunity Highlights

- Clients include City based professionals, families, retirees, accumulators, and corporates.
- Majority of Clients are HNW
- The Admin and Paraplanning team support 4 Advisers
- Whole of market advice provided across pensions, investments, protection, and Tax Planning
- Responsibilities include greeting Clients, writing Letters of Authority & Valuation. Resolving non-technical Client queries, diary management, arranging client reviews, preparing relevant documentation for meetings, and preparing basic suitability reports
- Study Support for CII Level 4 Diploma
- Excellent regular social calendar
