**THE ROLE**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with preparing Tenders for jobs
- Prepare reports on job costing,
- Forward ordering project materials as quantified.
- Assist in the preparation of variations, valuations, final accounts. Ensuring the agreed submission dates are achieved.
- Review and interpretation of tender documents, specifications, contracts & other related materials

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3rd level Qualification in Quantity Surveying / Construction or other relevant discipline considered an advantage
- Strong operational skills and an attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customers focus skills and attitude
- Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills
