We are delighted to present a compelling opportunity for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal office-based position entails overseeing a territory comprising approximately 80 existing accounts and actively cultivating new business through a combination of telesales, account management, prospecting, and sales support.

**The role**:

- Deliver a polished sales service to a customer base, allocating 80% of the role to the management of existing accounts and dedicating 20% to targeting new customers.
- Schedule forward calls with existing customers on a daily basis.
- Leverage existing prospect databases to apprise potential or existing customers about products or services.
- Provide monthly forecasts for designated accounts.
- Initiate contact with dormant accounts to secure orders or coordinate appointments for the field team.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager in scrutinizing weekly reports.
- Cultivate an in-depth understanding of customer businesses to elevate repeat sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team for face-to-face meetings when strategically advantageous.
- Methodically enter and update customer information in the CRM system post each call.
- Process orders meticulously, going above and beyond to achieve and surpass sales quotas.

**Responsibilities and essential qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting sales quotas, preferably through telephone transactions.
- Proficiency in relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Aptitude for learning and articulating intricate product and service details to prospects.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Capacity to navigate rejection with a composed demeanour.
- Requisite GCSE qualifications, including English and Maths.
