We're searching for a talented and enthusiastic Proposals/Tendering Coordinator to join our team. In this fast-paced environment, you'll play a pivotal role in preparing, processing, and coordinating proposals and tenders, while providing essential support to our Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and definitive Technical and commercial Proposals in line with defined scopes of supply.
- Coordinate responses to tenders and pre-qualification activities.
- Utilize SAP system to process and prepare sales quotations.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Proposals Process.
- Review and approve proposals/quotations from both a technical and commercial perspective.
- Liaise with clients during the proposal process and organize/attend meetings as needed.
- Process client purchase orders in SAP and issue them promptly.
- Provide support for commercial and contractual tasks.
- Deliver and respond to all proposals and tenders within company-approved timelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date SAP system with all open/closed bids.
- Create and maintain a weekly proposals report as part of the service realization process.
- Offer professional and accurate commercial support to the team.
- Adhere to all company HSEQ policies both internally and externally.
- Identify and support continuous improvements to the commercial process.

Key Skills, Experience, and Attributes:

- Recent graduate with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple work scopes daily.
- Thrives under pressure and excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of handling diverse tasks.
- Proficient in CRM systems, preferably SAP Business One.
- Competent with MS Office packages, particularly in formatting and stylizing documents.
- Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Problem-solving skills and lateral thinking under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
- Team player with the capacity to work effectively within a small team.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.

**Salary**: Up to £1.00 per year
