The Business Services and Outsourcing team are essential to meeting our clients' evolving requirements. BDO’s Global Business Services team specialises in providing outsourced finance solutions to multi-national groups principally in the technology, life sciences, real estate, pensions and financial services sectors. This includes groups embarking on their international expansion through to mature and developed multi-national groups.

The Role

To support the delivery of work to our clients, we have a mix of roles in our team, including a Service Delivery Function which includes Service Delivery Coordinators and Service Delivery Managers. We are currently looking for a new Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team to deliver work to multiple clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the status of our work for a number of clients - producing trackers, checking progress, reporting and escalating as appropriate.
- Key point of contact on projects - working with internal teams, BDO international offices and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered to time, cost and quality targets.
- Liaison with BDO local offices to ensure queries are dealt and to co-ordinate the completion of compliance reporting provided by local teams.
- Liaison with the UK accounting team on technical accounting matters arising from payroll and compliance services being delivered by BDO international offices, as well as any tax payments arising that need to be processed by the UK accounting team
- Presenting to clients on current status of their payroll processes and compliance deliverables, clearly articulating actions and timeline to completion
- Support the Service Delivery Manager in the operation of key project management processes including risk and issue management, project scheduling, change management, resource management and project reporting.
- Maintain high standards of quality and an appropriate attitude to risk to ensure exceptional client service is provided to clients at every stage of the project.
- Opportunities to get involved in non-client related projects to support continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.
- Support the GBS team and provide cover for other Service Delivery Co-ordinators as necessary.
