The PepsiCo Payroll team is responsible for the accurate processing of approximately 5000 employees within 2 monthly in-house payrolls.

As a key member of PepsiCo’s UK Payroll team, you will take responsibility for the day to day administration and operational support for payroll, working closely with Payroll Team members, HR and Finance, managing queries, uploading payroll related data, administering files, and managing the payroll processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate and timely inputting and checking of payroll data and information including taxable benefits
- Assist in the completion of 2 monthly payrolls and associated processes to Company and legislative deadlines
- Produce third party payments and reports to Company and legislative deadlines
- Produce accurate and timely payroll general ledger files and monthly reconciliation of payroll general ledger accounts.
- Foster good working relationships to promote effective cross functional working with HR and Finance.
- Deal with internal and external payroll queries within a timely and professional manner, resolving or escalating issues timely
- Support and maintain the continuous improvement of procedures
- Assist in user acceptance testing of legislative and Company driven payroll and HR system changes
- Assist in producing and meeting SOX compliance controls and supporting documentation
- Assist and/or be Payroll lead in project driven work

**Requirements**:

- Up to date knowledge of HMRC regulations
- Experience of producing large and or multiple payrolls
- Experience of Pension Auto Enrolment procedures
- Be IT Literate, with strong MS Excel skills
- Strong team member with ability to work as an individual
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management, administration and organizational skills
- Ability to resolve or escalate issues timely
- Motivated by ensuring high standards of performance and quality of work achieved
- Preferably have SD Worx Payroll knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £25,500.00-£31,900.00 per year
