**We're looking for a Site Facilities Assistant to join our team and take ownership of overseeing the work of our talented sub-contractors.**

**This is a critical role that involves everything from meeting and greeting staff to completing site inductions and escorting team members who may not have site security clearance.**

**Your commitment to ensuring the safety and professionalism of our sub-contractors will play a pivotal role in delivering our clients' expectations while maintaining our account performance.**

**Key Responsibilities**

***

***:

- **Meeting and greeting subcontractors on arrival ensuring they are dressed appropriately and understand their RAMs for the task in hand**
***:

- **Ensuring all staff are site inducted and understand ISS safety rules, PTW systems and are briefed on safety actions**
***:

- **Escort any staff whilst on site ensuring they adhere to the site security guidelines and are never allowed access unattended to any areas requiring security clearance**
***:

- **Health and safety oversight**
***:

- **Undertaking basic maintenance tasks under supervision, building up competencies to do general handyperson duties, assist engineers with two-person jobs and do essential tasks related to statutory duties such as tap flushing and temperature measurements, assist with fire alarm testing and shower disinfection**
***:

- **Unblocking of drains, replacement of toilet seats, tap washers and plugs etc, mastic sealing and ceramic tile repairs**
***:

- **Meter reading**
***

***

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**

***

***:

- **Preference given to anyone with basic trade qualifications such as Decorating, Joinery or plumbing**
***:

- **Some experience in a facility service environment.**
***:

- **Must be numerate and literate.**
***:

- **Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into successful outcomes**
***:

- **To act at all times with courtesy, integrity and professionalism, demonstrating the ISS values of Honesty, Entrepreneurship, Responsibility and Quality**

- **Must be self-motivated, energetic and able to take a flexible and agile approach in a demanding environment**
***:

- **Able to work effectively as part of a team and able to build and maintain excellent working relationships and liaise effectively with internal and external clients or their representatives to resolve problems.**
