As the Facilities Operations Supervisor, you
Should possess a solid understanding of property maintenance.
Oversee maintenance initiatives and ensure compliance with the hotel's quality standards.
Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to guarantee that all essential maintenance and repair tasks are executed efficiently.
Take charge of preventive maintenance activities and conduct regular safety and maintenance assessments throughout the property to ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all staff, guests, and visitors.
Lead and guide team members in their daily responsibilities, offering direction and assistance as necessary.
Monitor contractors on-site to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.
Compensation: £30,000 annually
