Car Park Marshall

**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a Car Park Marshall to join our team in ensuring the smooth operation of events, maintaining a safe environment for the general public and operation of the car park. You must ensure that the customer receives a very high level of service from the moment you greet them on arrival. You'll be expected direct vehicles into the correct parking areas as well as manage the traffic upon entry to the site and advising guests on exit.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist guests upon arrival
- Manage crowd flow and ensure compliance with event rules
- Provide information and directions to guests as needed
- Monitor areas for any safety hazards or disturbances
- Assist in emergency situations and follow established protocols
- Work collaboratively with event organisers and security personnel
- Uphold high standards of service throughout the event. You will ensure that all company and health and safety policies, procedures and processes are adhered to.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage crowds effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods.
