- GB**Req ID**:1005- We are looking for a Senior Creative Writer to join our Creative Team in the South.- As a Senior Creative Writer you will be a creative individual who excels in bringing ideas to life and is comfortable sharing and presenting your work. - ** **an experienced creative writer with experience in commercial audio within a media environment. This role requires someone who is familiar with both the audio production process and Radiocentre clearance procedures. You will need to be aware of ASA Advertising regulations and know the processes that need to be followed for advertising guidance.- You will be experienced in audio for radio and have a desire to become an expert in digital audio (think Alexa, Google Assistant, Instream) and podcasts.- As a Senior Creative Writer you will have excellent written skills and be able to write scripts to an outstanding standard. Also, we need you to have a good eye for visual concepts and confidently present your audio ideas as visual ideas for our clients’ socials and visual platforms.**Our Team**
- The Creative team devise and produce multi-channel advertising campaigns and creative content solutions for our commercial clients across the UK. Our work lives on platforms like Radio, TV, Social, Web, Print and Outdoor - and we operate as an integrated in-house content agency called Bauer Create, collaborating with Digital and Branded Content teams in the South and across the UK. We deal with a large roster of local, regional and national clients and work alongside the regional sales team from brief-take, to pitch and execution.**In this role you will expected to work from home and our office location in Norwich.**

**What you'll do**
- Duties include but are not limited to- Interpreting client briefs and develop concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns.
- Negotiating with clients to amend ideas in line with their wishes and explain what is and is not possible.
- Select external VO’s when necessary.
- Working on multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
- Working with RACC to ensure clearance for all work produced.
- Work with the Regional Head of Creative to identify key creative accounts we should target to create a strategy to win these accounts.
- Attending brief-take meetings with the sales team, asking questions and gathering relevant information.
- Pitching ideas to the client or agency, taking on-board any feedback that is given.
- Communicating regularly with the client to share campaign updates.
- Utilising CRM to view revenue reports, and log pending and active campaigns, as well as costs.
- Play the part in implementing the commercial strategy for Bauer.
- Work with the Manager to ensure that revenue targets are met.

**What You'll Bring**
- Experience working in Creative / Agency or Media environment
- Excellent personal workload management
- Excellent self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with confident presentation skills and experience of doing so in front of clients.
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proficient with IT and Microsoft Office
- Proof-reading
- A full driving license as you will be expected to drive to some client meetings.

**Desirable**
- Experience in writing ads for Digital Audio Platforms (such as Alexa, Google Assistant, Instream)
- Experience in writing / producing content for podcasts
- Experience in using workflow management systems to effectively manage tasks and hit key deadlines.
