**The Homes**
St Brelades and the Cumberland are highly regarded care homes in Herne Bay caring for older ladies with dementia. Our aim is to enable our service users to achieve a meaningful and fulfilling life, and to give them a high sense of well-being through the way we care, engage and interact with them individually.
**Role of Activity Coordinator**
To work as part of a team supporting older ladies with dementia with their recreational and personal well-being. You will plan and be responsible for the activity sessions which are run between 1.00 pm and 4.30 p.m Wednesday,Thursday and Friday, and will ensure that the service users take part in a variety of stimulating and enjoyable activities, that help them with their mental and physical well-being.
The Homes offer a friendly working environment, and we are looking to recruit staff who are kind, creative and caring.
Full induction and statutory training is provided to all staff and where applicable training can lead to NVQ accreditation.
