Marketing Manager, Creative Design Agency, London, Permanent, £35k, Hybrid working
Our client, a Creative Design Agency based in both London and Istanbul, requires a Marketing Manager who is keen to take on this exciting opportunity. The role is working a hybrid work pattern, 3 days in the office (09.00-18.00) and 2 days remote. It’s anagency made up of diverse and energetic people, they truly believe in getting to know the people that they work with and build relationships that last beyond the job search. This is an exciting role, working in a small, fun, creative and energetic team.
**Responsibilities**
- To lead on the development of the brand marketing strategy and to develop annual marketing plans for the brand
- To provide copywriting and content for client projects and to proof read the wider UK team’s work to ensure accuracy
- To manage the delivery of all campaign activity across all channels and media for the brand
- To ensure that all activity is evaluated against campaign objectives and budget requirements.
- To manage marketing budgets effectively
- To be responsible for the development and delivery of specific new business targets and implement all agreed activity to agreed timescales, budget and quality standards.
- To produce effective management reporting that provides a clear picture of activity and sales by channel and affinity.
- To play a key role in the appointment of suppliers and to manage them to deliver marketing objectives through direct, digital and data support.
- Responding to new clients, RFPs and managing the pitch process. Hosting initial pitch meetings for potential clients
- Collaborating on sales comms
- Leading the creation of pitch decks and promotional materials for the brand
- To manage multinational clients across EMEA markets
- Lead aspects of UK client work, making informed decisions and problem solving based on sound knowledge
- Understanding client’s products, their businesses and their strategic objectives and building long lasting relationships
- Liaise with the design team, wider team and suppliers on specified client requirements, ensuring all work is delivered on time and to the client’s satisfaction
- Overseeing multiple projects with the ability to coordinate many moving parts and manage dependencies
- Line management of all new hires within the UK Account Management team
**Requirements**:
- Creative with strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail
- Great account management and multitasking skills
- Great creative problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of the marketing mix
- Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams
- A positive can-do attitude and confidence in bringing new and relevant ideas to the table
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, external partners and agencies
- A passion and commitment for working in a fast-paced start-up environment
